- different friendly stuff, some friendly, some very unfriendly and incompetent. There are better hotels near by.

- some rooms have bathroom that does not correspond to the pictures and the staff just does ignore it - some very unfriendly and incompetent staff - we rent a motorbike at the hotel. Even we pointed out that the is very little fuel in the tank, the employee ignored it and told us there were enough fuel to go to the next gas-station. We even didn't drive 400meters and we had to walk back with the empty tank. The employee didn't care again. I can't recommend this hotel with ignorant staff everywhere.

Air conditioning was cold. Room clean.

Staff were incompetent, unhelpful and lazy. Maps weren't available, water wasn't available. Directions other tour recomendations weren't given. Don't stay here.

The sea view room was nice - though the view to the sea will be blocked by new buildings at the beach in the next few months. Overall the room was big - with two king-size beds and a big clean bathroom. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. The backpacker area with restaurants and bars is a 15 minute walk away.

The reception-staff was very unfriendly. The breakfast was poor. As already said in the next months the sea-view will be blocked. The hotel / room itself is pretty nice though because of the unfriendly / unattentive reception-staff there might be better hotels for the same amount of money.

Location is great. We like the motorbike rent. (70 000 dongs from 1PM to 10PM)

Don't take the sleeping bus proposed by the hotel. They are not comfortable. Also, even we didn't booked it through this hotel, we don't recommend the 4-island tour, as there is not much to see (hotel will propose exactly the same thing). 1st island, you can't swim. They stop there to see a very small aquarium. The 2nd island was dangerous ie. The boat doesnt stop on a beach, but on a small, unsecured wooden plateform, as all the others tourist boats. Activities are also in this same plateform (snorkeling, jetski, parasailing etc.). we even saw an accident between a jet ski and a parasailing as they drop eveyone on the same place !! and you have to pay a fee for the 4th island (nothing to do, no sand) entrance when you're not Vietnamese.

The room was clean and excellent size for a standard double. Our room had two double beds in it. The reception staff, room staff and breakfast staff were very helpful and pleasant. The receptionist Chin was excellent at organising bus tickets and tours for no extra cost.

The Khanh Duyhe Hotel is very friendly and comfortable.

If the hotel can offer hot drinking water,it would be better.

only 2 blocks from the beach, cheap, clean, good service, they offer tours and rent motorbike to escape the nah trang tourist horror, although the beach is nice and the have really good sea food restaurants up the road behind the bridge to the north

The staff were mostly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is for example a fried egg and dry toast and nescafé. Not very nice. Despite my "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, the cleaner returning my laundry knocked on my door for a couple of minutes and then started to unlock my door with her own key even though I had shouted "give me a minute".

. The view from the breakfast room was amazing, because it was on the 10.th floor. The room was spacious, but there was no wastepaper basket. The lady from the reception, Chin, was really helpful, her English was excellent and she gave us lots of information about the everyday life in Vietnam. Thanks again Chin, we recommend you!

There was no sea view, because there were 2 buildings under construction right in front of the hotel. We were in the 4th floor, no sea view. The breakfast was really poor, you only have the choice between coffee, tea or juices, one choice only, either tea oder juice

Hotel and rooms were very clean and nice and bathroom too. Staff was very helpful to give us all information about the city and trips around - a bit problem with English.

Good value for money and really nice staff. The breakfast was also very nice although you had to pick one option (so pancake OR toast and coffee OR yoghurt).

Quite noisy because you could hear the elevator and everything in the hallway.

Breakfast quality was not the best, may be due to the low room price. I would have paid some dollars more per night for better breakfast
